Dr. Smith, a graduate of Kenyon College (1974) and Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine (1978), completed his internship and residency at the Cleveland Clinic (1978-1983). A Diplomate of the American Board of Otolaryngology/Head and Neck Surgery since 1983, he entered private practice in Cleveland, Ohio until his relocation to Vermont in 2000. Dr. Smith is a member of the American Medical Association and the Vermont Medical Society.
